By accessing or using lumorise.io, submitting our contact form, or engaging Lumorise for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site, including by scraping, probing, or overwhelming our infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form, including spam or attempts to inject code.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person, or to infringe any intellectual property right.

Inquiries submitted through this site do not by themselves create a contract. Any engagement with Lumorise for services (web development, product engineering, SEO, design, or otherwise) is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Site content. All content on lumorise.io, including the Lumorise name, logo, text, graphics, code, and case studies, is owned by Lumorise or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the site or its content without our written permission.

Client work. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is defined in the applicable agreement. Case studies featured on this site are published with permission of the relevant clients, or describe publicly visible work.

Third-party marks. Names and logos of third parties appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

By submitting information through the contact form (including ideas, feedback, or project descriptions), you grant Lumorise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submission for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. You represent that you have the right to share any information you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as analytics, bot protection, and email delivery). Lumorise is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lumorise does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on information from the site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumorise and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). For paid engagements, liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumorise from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site is the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
