Integrations & Automation
Custom integrations and bespoke engineering that connect your website to the tools you actually run your business on.
The short answer.
Lumorise connects your website to the systems your business already runs on, such as dealer inventory feeds, booking calendars, payment processors and online ordering platforms, so no one has to re-enter data by hand. We build custom plugins and API integrations that keep records in sync, then monitor them around the clock after launch.
What we deliver.
A working dossier of the practice, every line is a thing we ship, not a thing we slide-deck.
When an off-the-shelf plugin cannot handle the job, we write one that can. That covers intake forms that ask the questions your work actually depends on, calendar integrations that write a booking to the right place, and payment handling tied to each booking rather than sitting in a separate system nobody reconciles. Every submission is validated on the server before it reaches an inbox, so malformed or automated entries do not become work for someone to clear out later.
We connect your site to the services you already pay for, so information moves between them without anyone copying it across. That can be an inventory system, a calendar, a payment processor, an ordering platform or a CRM. The accounts stay in your name, and your website exchanges data with each service through its API.
Your website should match what is in your back office. We build integrations that pull a live feed from whatever holds the real record, whether that is a dealer management platform such as DealerCenter, a stock or warehouse system, or a spreadsheet a team already maintains, so an item added there appears on the site automatically. Nobody types a listing in twice, and the site stops advertising something that sold last week.
Bookings and payments work best as one flow. We wire booking so a slot reaches the calendar only once payment clears through Stripe, and open times are read back from that same calendar, so nobody can hold a slot without paying. Where a business already runs on an ordering platform such as Toast, the site hands the cart, payment and delivery off to it instead of duplicating a checkout staff would then have to watch in two places.
Some businesses sell to customers who read different languages. We build storefronts with a separate entry point per language, metadata tuned for each one so search engines index them independently, and checkout that accepts the card and wallet options those customers expect. The brand reads correctly to every customer, and every order still arrives in one back office instead of being split across separate sites.
Not every integration faces customers. Repetitive office work, such as moving form submissions into a CRM, sending confirmation emails or updating the same record in two systems, can often be handled by a small internal tool or a scheduled task. We start with the job your team repeats most and automate that first.
How we work.
- Step 01.
Map the workflow
We follow one piece of data from start to finish, such as a new vehicle, a booking or an order, and note every system it passes through and every place someone retypes it. That map shows which connection will save the most time and which ones can wait.
- Step 02.
Check APIs and access
Before committing to a build, we review each tool's API documentation and authentication, and confirm which account permissions the integration needs. If a tool has no usable API, we find out at this stage and agree on an alternative before any work starts.
- Step 03.
Build and test in staging
The integration is built in a staging copy of your site, using test accounts or sandbox data wherever the provider offers them. We push realistic cases through it, including declined payments, duplicate records and missing fields, so errors are handled before a customer ever meets one.
- Step 04.
Go live with monitoring
The connection is switched on in production with monitoring running from the first request. We watch the first live bookings, orders or sync runs closely and check them against the source system to confirm every record arrived complete.
- Step 05.
Keep the sync healthy
Providers change their APIs, rotate credentials and retire old versions. Your integration stays on a maintenance plan with 24/7 monitoring, weekly security updates and same-day response for critical issues, so when an outside service changes, the connection gets updated instead of quietly breaking.
Questions, answered.
Which tools can you connect to a website?
Tools we have connected include the DealerCenter dealer management system, Google Calendar, Stripe, Toast online ordering, WooCommerce and PayPal. More broadly, we link websites to booking systems, payment processors, CRMs, inventory systems and ordering platforms. If a tool has an API, a short review of its documentation tells us what a connection can do.
What if a tool we use has no API?
Many tools without a full API still offer another way in, such as data exports, import files, webhooks or email notifications, and a connection can often be built on one of those. When there is no workable route, we tell you plainly and discuss whether a tool with better access would serve you better.
Is our data secure when systems are connected?
We give each integration only the access it needs to do its job. API keys and other credentials are kept out of the website's code, and the accounts involved stay in your name. Every connection is tested in staging before it touches live data, and it receives weekly security updates once it is running.
What happens if an integration stops working?
Every site we build stays on a maintenance plan after launch, which includes 24/7 monitoring and a same-day response for critical issues. If an outside service changes its API or a connection fails, we trace the cause, fix the integration and confirm data is flowing correctly again.
Can you automate booking, payments or online ordering?
Yes. Booking can be wired so a session reaches your calendar only after a deposit clears, and ordering can hand off to the platform that already runs your kitchen. The same approach connects your booking or ordering flow to the calendar and payment tools you already use.
