1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and the contents of your message. We only ask for information needed to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically collect standard log and device information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this for analytics, security, and to improve the site.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and protect the site from abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may degrade certain features.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the site and our services.
- Measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed and what referrers send traffic).
- Protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse, including bot protection on the contact form.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Third-party services we use
We share limited information with vetted service providers that help us run the site. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) for traffic measurement and product analytics. Google may set cookies on your device. See Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) for content delivery, security, and the Turnstile bot-protection challenge on our contact form. Turnstile may process your IP address and a small amount of telemetry to verify you are not a bot.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) to deliver contact form submissions to our team inbox.
- Hosting provider for serving the website and storing application logs.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/UK GDPR:
- Consent for analytics and non-essential cookies, where required by local law.
- Legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our site, and in responding to inquiries you initiate.
- Performance of a contract when communicating about a potential engagement.
- Legal obligation where applicable law requires us to retain or disclose information.
5. Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of our analytics provider. Server logs are typically retained for a short period for security and debugging.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit (TLS) and at rest, including a Content Security Policy, bot protection on forms, and rate limiting on contact submissions. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
