Audio Production
The
problem
on the table.
Generic booking tools weren't built for audio work, so they couldn't ask the things the studio actually needs up front: whether it's a mix or a master, how many tracks are involved, links to reference songs, and when the client needs it back. The owner wanted every booking to land in one place, the same Google Calendar they already use for everything else, instead of yet another scheduling app to check. On top of that, the default payment buttons looked nothing like the studio's brand, and they let people reserve a session without paying a deposit, which led to no-shows.
How we
built
the answer.
We engineered three custom backend systems. First, a tailored forms plugin captures the session details directly from the client. Second, a Google Calendar integration writes every confirmed booking straight into the studio's calendar (and reads back availability), so the owner sees sessions next to the rest of their day with no second app to manage. Third, a payment processing plugin ties deposits to confirmed bookings, so a session is only finalized after payment clears. Custom engineering, not a no-code stack.
Custom Intake Forms
Custom booking forms that ask clients exactly what the studio needs: the kind of session (mix or master), how many tracks they're sending, links to reference songs, and when they need it finished. Every submission is checked before it lands, so junk requests and incomplete bookings never reach the studio's inbox.
Google Calendar Booking
Every confirmed booking lands directly in the studio's Google Calendar, with availability read back in real time, so the owner keeps every appointment in one place instead of juggling a second scheduling app
Payment Processing
